Based on my position in the Jolly Roger, at the very front of the ship, I should have been captain, but instead the 3rd in line player got to pick where to store the Roger's initial treasure and to act first in the game.• 在游戏回放中，是否有不符合游戏规则的地方？如果有的话，请问是在哪一步呢？

Well, I feel stupid now. When I replayed from the beginning it's clear that the player who acted first was in fact the Jolly Roger captain. This is my first play and I didn't realize that immediately upon a player exiting the ship those behind them move up to fill the gap. Sorry for jumping the gun. :/
