Fire… How did humanity manage to master its mysterious power? This is what Don’t Let It Die is all about: you have 14 days to uncover its secrets before a massive flood drowns the valley you live in.
You will gather resources & food, fight deadly predators, and learn the mysteries of fire. Your task is a difficult one, but no matter what happens, remember: you and the fire must survive...
In this cooperative game, your tribe consists of 4 Neanderthals, no matter how many players you play with. They all take turns to search for resources, fight off dangerous animals, unlock new discoveries, and work together to keep the fire alive!
Each day is split into 3 phases: Day, Night and Morning (in that order). During the Day, your characters, one after the other, use their stamina points to perform specific actions. At Night, some event occurs and affects your group’s progress. In the Morning, you set up for the Day to come.
The key to victory lies in your group's ability to adapt to the threats of prehistoric life. Will you focus on hunting and foraging to feed your tribe? Will you be more concerned with supplying the dwindling fire with more wood? Maybe you should construct a weapon or a tool to ease the stress of gathering resources...
