I present to you a mini-match where you don't have to win, you just have to make sure you don't lose.
The concept is quite simple, we start with 12 players. Every game the last 1 or 2 players drop out and the rest continues to the round game. Every round is a new game.
We go from 12 to 10 to 8 to 6 to 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 players (so 8 games total).

Every player who joins can propose 2 suitable games for 2 different amounts of players (e.g. you can suggest a game for the 12 player round and for the 5 player round).
After that we have 3 options per round, then before we start we have a little vote to figure out the best games.
When proposing games please consider how well they work turn based with the amount of people proposed for.

The main goal is to have a lot of fun, and as holiday season is coming up we'll just take our sweet time.
This means that it could perfectly be that this mini-match will take a week of 10-18, that is of course if you manage to stay in!
And after that we will have our survivor!
