I Wanted to do a "replay from".
But hovering on the log didn't allow for it.
Then I realized that this is likely because the game still displays round #1
I can actually still do a "replay from " but it requires me to edit the address bar of my browser to append something like "&replayFrom=1".
Doing so also informs me that I should actually be on round #15 as the round # does increase properly on replay.

You should probably report this as a general BGA bug (instead of reporting this as an Innovation bug).
"I seem to remember them being messed up for me once.
The issue then was, as I understand, that after notification(s) to specific players, you still have to send a general notification to all players (even if it's empty). Otherwise the move number and replay will not track correctly.
It is amazingly ugly in large multiactive games, but I don't know a better way around it at present."
So it's possible this bug is due to the Innovation implementation. I will re-open this but I am not sure when it will get fixed since it's largely a mystery to me.
Well, as long that it isn't at odds with your current architecture that is; fingers crossed.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
