The event card states that Athens loses a prestige end of round when no hoplite present, this happened and Athens went to -1 and he had 0 prestige, and he immediately won. If he has no prestige he should immediately lose, not win. This was an arena game, and I lost when I should not have and lost my ranking due to this error.
