This issue has now been fixed for all future games.
As a general note for those adding their own experiences, thank you for providing supporting documentation instead of creating a duplicate report, but please indicate a table and move number so I can investigate further.
@EllieK - this would be a separate issue than the one described in the report and would need to be its own bug report.

Common Nighthawk, when moved to a different habitat after activation, does not count towards round bonus goals.
Specifically, after activating the Common Nighthawk and moving it with the egg it has on it to wetland, the egg on the Common Nighthawk is not being counted towards the "Eggs on birds in wetland" goal
