I've had a look and I'm afraid I haven't been able to reproduce the issue that you described.
Look at the replay of your game, I see that before Turn 252 you had 24 Influence Tokens collected (and hovering over your points tally tells me that you had 3 of them from MUSTER and 6 from CRUSADE).
After your CRUSADE action against the Saracen, you gained the Level III Troop and then had 27 Influence Tokens collected (6 of them from MUSTER and 6 from CRUSADE).
Which is all consistent with getting the Influence from Mustering the Troop and not from the Crusade.
I've then rolled up a game of my own to test: before attacking the Saracen I had 0 Influence from Crusade, 1 from Muster, and 4 total. After attacking and flipping Troop II, I still have 0 from Crusade but now 3 from Muster and 6 total, which all seems above board.
Could I get you to please keep an eye out for it and let me know if you can reproduce the issue?
