NOTHING happens. The game does not appear to recognize that I'm trying to click on an interactable element. This is the case for all other actions, too, despite the fact that none of them are grayed out.

I am having this same problem. It is time for me to select an action, but clicking any of the actions results in nothing happening.
The banner at the top still works, so I tried restarting my turn and it led to the same result.
Refresh did not help. Different device did not help.
