This U.E.S. SCOTT 4406-C on a 10 allows you to purchase a card and place it anywhere from 7-12. I rolled a 10 and place a cube. I activated the card and at that time I could purchase all non-2 cards but not the 2s. I did own the 2 Colony Card so I should not have been allowed to buy a 2 for a 2, but I should have been able to buy a 2 and place it anywhere from 7-12. Yet, I could not. Please check.
