My opponent plays aristocrat and loses, gains ability. Later adds +2, gets the win and the extra win token.
On move 42 I add a modifier to my side of the battle, getting the win back again - their Aristocrat still keeps the "extra" win token.
On move 46 they add a modifier and take the win BACK with Aristocrat - they get the win token back, keep the extra win token, but my win token for Aristocrat doesn't go away (and it's enough for me to have five victories)
Lia__17 did choose the same card as source and destination.
seanp: real problem here, a fix is on its way.
