案件历史
I have zoomed in on the screen and moved the button around to different locations to try and eliminate the possibility of a touch screen error.
In this screenshot, I can't tap confirm and pass

In this screenshot, I can't tap discard, but I can tap cancel reallocation.

If I scroll down so that the button is at the top of the screen and the slightly overlapping the tower, as in this screenshot, I can tap confirm and pass. This does not work with discard as the bar is fixed to the tower and if I scroll down, it just goes off the screen.

I have had issue with selecting the score track to move along and the bonus I want, but those buttons are larger and usually I can find a part of that button I can tap.
Side note: looking at the second screenshot, I just noticed relocate is misspelled.
I'm sorry if submitting this bug from the desktop at the point I was having an issue instead of from mobile changes how the save state is generated and makes it harder to track down.
