F5 (refresh) did not solve the problem.
I tried to 'Undo' and play a different Space Tile, but that was not allowed - likely because I had already drawn a Tapestry Card because of the "Draw a Tapestry Card" first portion of the Space Tile.
It looks as though the problem is that there is not a different Tapestry Card played earlier in the income turn.
potential fix options:
A) Allow the Tapestry Card to be played on the blank/open (4th) spot on the player mat.
B) Allow the Tapestry Card to be played on the previous (3rd) spot on the player mat.
C) Do not allow this Space Tile to be played if the "Play a Tapestry Card" action will not be allowed.
D) Place a warning that requires a 'click-through' ("Accept") that a part of the Space Tile cannot be completed.
