I selected a meeple to go to the Uplink (pic 1). It asked to me to select a card which I did (pic 2). This opened a windfow offering the three stacks as it should do (pic 3) and I selected mdm hotel for 1 cr (I have 4 CR at this point). It highlighted my selection and the menu bar changed (pic4) however it would not allow me to continue and confirm the action.
I tried reloading the page a number of times, minimising it and starting a different move then canceling that and going back to my origional. Non of these worked. -

cjinxed When I used it, I had to go to the player board and select where I wanted the fences or building to go, before confirm became available.
15:24 was trying to buy a facility. May try it again.
15:30 cjinxed Like most games on BGA, they do play better on tabletop, but this one does feel a bit clunkier than others, then again it is in Beta.
15:36 Spamdex I used the market ok
15:38 Missed the step on clicking where I wanted things to go seemed to work this time.
16:15 Reaskon that was the problem with the contractors as it gave me a facility.
I think this may PEBUAKB issue (problem exists between user and keyboard). Unlerss you here more kill this when you investigate.
I've been watching for more issue reports in this area and, while there haven't been any others, it does seem like the titlebar could be more explicit on the action the game is waiting for (e.g. choose a facility vs place a facility in your park). I've added that to list to get to in the future.
Let me know if you encounter any other issues or see areas the UI can be improved.
