Same problem, using Safari on iPhone 7. I could not click on cards, they would just “throb” but not select with a red border. Each hand, it eventually would allow one card to be selected, but usually not the ones I would/should have chosen. I was forced into losing moves each round, and refreshing multiple times didn’t help. I could use chat function with no issue, but I ended up with lowest score due to not being able to select my own cards and not able to use chopsticks cards at all.

Same problem here. Got a penalty because I was expelled for not playing when I couldn’t select any cards. I’m playing on an iPhone. I tried refreshing, tapping the cards on and off but couldn’t get the red frame around the card. It has happened both times I’ve played on my phone so happy to demonstrate if you want to see it.

Same problem. It was also my first time to play this so I was really confused why I could only select one card in my hand to play.

Same problem with my iphone 6s. The button to confirm selection did not appear. It appeared the first card of the game and then randomly for another card after choosing different cards and refreshing the screen multiple times. However, after that the button did not appear again.

This bug happens for me while playing from my phone. I was able to select a different card. I switched to the card I wanted but it still played the original card it allowed me to select.

I have repeatedly had the same issue both with sushi go and sushi go party. The game will only allow me to select cards in the second position. I am using an iPhone 13 w/ chrome.

Same using iPhone 13, would only allow me to select one card in the hand despite there being several cards available. Seemed to invariably be the least desirable choice?

I used the special menu card. Four cards appeared. I could select a card (red outline) but the button to play the card never appeared. Even though the card selected was outlined in red, the text above the card still said "you must select one card from a menu of four"
I refreshed. I closed the window and opened it again. The problem did not go away.

I was playing on chrome on my iPhone 12. I couldn’t select cards. The cards would throb or a popup would come up with more details on a card. But no matter how many times I clicked the card, I couldn’t select it. The red border wouldn’t come up. The clock kept ticking and eventually I was out of time and expelled from the game. I lost karma points for no reason.

Same issue last night on iPhone 13, Safari. I was forced out of a game because I couldn’t select a card. I rejoined and found that if I clicked the zoom button in the game then the button would show. I would have to click zoom out again to be able to see all the cards for my turn though. I think it may be related to the zoom level and the card information pop up.

Game would not let me select cards to pick. Instead it always showed the zoomed in version of the card. Continued to select all cards until one could be picked. Tended to be left most card or a card closer to the left side.

In table 417207729, the player the Queen Mother experienced this bug. They were expelled from the game by another player. I'd like to advocate for them to not receive a penalty because they were not able to select a card to play.

F5 did not help, problem happened multiple times, and on the last game, I couldn't get to my laptop in time and the people kicked me out and dropped my karma rating 20 points! I'm so mad about this! Every time Sushi Go on my phone. I couldn't even do the tutorial on my phone. Should've screenshot but couldn't. Everytime I would go select a card, it would enlarge it to tell me the details about the card and not select it or it wouldn't let me shrink it back.

Playing on iphone13pro, more than once in game I was unable to choose the card I wanted. Tried to reload, not working. One player had quit the game before this started.

It was the first time I played online and I know the game well as I play it physically with friends. The board game arena version would not allow me to select any cards and I was expelled from the game. I tried to play again and this time the game would only allow me to select one card per hand so it was determining my go for me and very poor for game play. Despite this I did not want to leave my game so saw it through to the end. But they gave me a karma penalty anyway 👎🏼 I’m playing on an iphone

I had the same problem:
I couldn’t get the red border around a card while playing on my iPhone SE on Safari in portrait mode. Refreshing didn’t fix it.
However: turning the phone sideways to put it in landscape mode seemed to help. Is it something about the width of certain game elements that causes the click to pop up the description of the card instead of outlining it in red?

Same problem on Firefox iPhone 13 mini
Once in a while the tap worked and I could validate the card but rarely. I picked a card I did not want on second turn in order to avoid expiring, then on third turn I got kicked out.

I’m on WiFi on holidays but with a low connection (far from the router), if that helps to understand the issue. I haven’t got any issues with other games

same in table 778721492.
first hand was ok. then second or third hand got an error. it said "BGA error number..." and i didnt write it down, sorry, and couldnt find it later in the log. another player said it happened to them also in the chat.
I used brave, on PC, tried refreshing, nothing worked.
