bug: by overlaying a card of another color, the card visually became the same as the previous grounded card, but retains the properties of the new one. this creates confusion between symbols, colors, and projects to be completed.
Has happened both in this game and in previous games.

Sorry, I don't follow you. It's a bit confusing because the image you pasted seems not to correspond to the game where you reported the error.

Do you mean the building tiles? So, you take one building tile and when you place it in your board it doesn't go visually on top of the previous one?

I finally managed to reproduce the issue. It was caused by the bga-cards library used to animate the tiles. The library introduces a temporary z-index style during the animation to keep the element moving over the rest, removing it when the animation ends. In certain conditions when the animation is interrupted (e.g. a quick double selection), the style is not removed because it assumes it was already part of the object, so any tile placed in the same pile goes behind it. This also means that the issue was normally happening only in real-time games.

It should be fixed now.
