Right now, the options allow you to Auto-Confirm if no action possible.
There are also options to allow auto-selection when there is only 1 choice, or when "better" (which I have never used because I am not sure exactly how it defines better when coins and/or points could be involved).
It really seems like there should be an option to allow auto-selection if EQUAL.
I was very surprised that I couldn't find this already listed in the suggestions, but I may have missed it.

I understand that you don't trust the auto better feature, but that is very conservative. Actually too conservative for many people's taste.
It only chooses an action if it is better in *every* aspect and there are no abilities or available slots that can influence the available actions.
Many people are using it constantly, and when it is reported, it is always about "why it did not choose for me". Based on the this currently I don't see value in complicating the settings with one more option.
It will only choose for you if one option is not worse regarding money AND not worse regarding points AND not worse inll regarding income.
So it will not choose 40 points over 1 gold.
But it would choose 40 points + 1 gold over, 39 points + 1 gold.
