There are a lot of variants out there (official and not) for the place tiles, especially when using some of the min-expansions of extra tiles. There is too much choice with the original rule.
If it's allowed, I'd love to see an option to choose a "market" (e.g. # places tiles shown = to players +1 at a time) variant - although I don't care too much which variant, I'd just prefer not to have "all tiles available" as the only option.
