Also thanks for keeping the game open.
The error given: This transition (takeCardOtherPlayer) is impossible at this state
Means that with a baboon card it needs to start showing the cards of the other player in the toolbar, so you can pick a card. This is done in a different state of the game. However the state you are currently is configured correctly and should accept according to the code to go to the state takeCardOtherPlayer.
I see you canceled a couple of times the card you wanted to play. Was this because you were faced this issue? or you were trying out?
If it is the second, the issue might be linked to the "undo" function. If it is the first, i really don't know what happened.
I'll keep looking
And I have the issue with my three cards.
If the error is still there, than I am also curious what error it shows when you play the Hyena
