In the last few moves of this table 461247277, both players discarded their last 1 card from their hand.

The last card of the hand cannot be played to the field, it can only be played to the mountain.

This is clarified in the rules, but I often forgot the restriction in some games.

The current implementation is definitely good, but a friendly note would be much more helpful for beginners.

Where can this be found in the rules, I only see the steps of, play to field, do not draw and then check if mandala is complete

"Important: You may not end your turn with no cards in hand. Even if all cards in your hand are of the same
color, you may not play all of them during step 1 of this action".

Selected an orange card,, orange not already on R side Mandala & could not be placed in my field
Happened on other moves and in two games for me but not at all for opposing player
I tried to refresh and it did not change the problem. I closed my window and problem still existed.
Problem occured in 2/2 games I played.
No screenshot.

The two initial cards of that mountain are orange and black, so there is already an orange card in the mountain.
