While movement is easy, swords are a little bit tricky, because they can be only at a special nation. Perhaps displaying only the generic ones and adding a * or (+) if such cards had been played.
Alternatively you can add a +x to the sword-symbols and a +x(*) when nation-onlys are played.
OR you show the modifier for each nation in the player box, which would make a complete new row (1 exploration and 3 nations.
