For a better understanding of the problem, I add the following images:

As you can see there are differences in the spelling of the city name.

I don’t support this change. My board says Kharkov so changing it would be confusing.

I would have to concur with Kaladry. The earlier maps have the spelling as Kharkov and not Kharkiv. And also I would suspect the tickets images would have be changed as well as the city name to implement this.

And this change on the actual player map has been probably in the last year or so. Lots of the prior versions do have the Kharkov spelling. And would confused people on the change.

The correct version of the name of the city is *Kharkiv* but not Kharkov.
For the last 2 comments (Kaladry and cofunguy) - I saw a Chinese board with YSA, not USA. So, this spelling is suitable for me and I will support this spelling YSA in the future. So, I hope you understand what I mean))).
Developers, please, change the name of the city to Kharkiv.

I understand well that we will prefer that BGA shows the Kharkiv name to this Ukrainian city rather than the old Kharkov Russian name.

But It was made like that at first version of TTR Europe made by Days of Wonder.
N.B.: I have personaly this old version of the game at home and I should not be alone that play with this error on the map and on destination cards.

Note also that if you upload the last english version of the TTR rules, there is always a map inside showing the bad name of Kharkov!

Thoun that has emplemented TTR and a lot of games in BGA is very busy and continues to add and manage others games in BGA.

Changing that is not a priority and I don’t if it will be made in the future.
