In Machiavelli Arena, Gold tier players didn't get reset to bronze from the previous season. Everyone else ended up where they are supposed to go.

Gold league added during season 15, so the people who reached elite league should go to gold, but elites went to silver and golds unchanged
Seems like Turing Machine Arena didn't get reset at all. I reached platinum last season and I'm still there now.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
