Apologies for the slow reply - for some reason I didn't seem to get notified about this bug report.

It's unclear to me which part of the game you are talking about - but I'm assuming you're talking about the end of the game, where you had the option to choose 4 buildings but instead cancelled and then conceded.

There certainly should have been 4 buildings available for you to choose - note that there's not really much of a choice here as you only had 4 left: 2 armies, 1 production building and 1 laboratory. I've tried on the interface myself at this point in the replay and it behaves as I would expect - if I click anything else I get a red banner telling me there aren't enough of that building type left in stock, but it lets me select the precise 4 buildings that are left. (I cannot of course submit the move though as it's not an in-progress game that I'm playing in.)

So it's not clear to me what went wrong from your point of view. Was it:
1) you selected the 4 buildings, submitted the move, and something weird happened?
2) you weren't able to select all the 4 buildings (2 armies, 1 production, 1 lab) for some reason
3) you were trying to select some other combination and didn't understand the error message.

If it was 3), then there's no bug here. If it was 1) or 2) - or something else I haven't considered - please give me more details so that I can look into it.
